We need basic information including:

• Contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp,website link)
• Physical address and operating hours
• Current promotions or special offers
• Business logo and photos (optional but recommended)
• A short description of your business

Once we receive your information, we typically create your profile within 24 hours. We'll send you a preview for approval before making it live. The entire process from submission to going live usually takes 1-2 business days.

Simply email us at info@namsale.com or WhatsApp +264 81 849 3229 with your updated promotions. We'll update your profile within 24 hours. You can update your promotions as often as you like - weekly, monthly, or whenever you have new offers.

We will notify all businesses well in advance before introducing any fees. You'll have the option to continue with paid plans or discontinue the service. Our goal is to provide value that makes continuing worthwhile for your business.

• Category (Food, Shopping, Services, etc.)
• Location or city
• Type of promotion or deal

Currently, Namsale is available as a website that works on all devices (phones, tablets, computers). The website is mobile-friendly and can be added to your home screen like an app. We may develop dedicated mobile apps in the future based on user demand.

Each business profile includes contact information such as phone numbers, WhatsApp links, email addresses, and physical addresses. You can contact businesses directly using the provided contact methods. Some businesses may also have website links for more information.

We work with businesses to keep promotions updated regularly. However, we recommend:

• Checking the expiration date on promotions
• Contacting the business directly to confirm availability
• Looking for "Last Updated" information on business profiles
